Legal
Management Horizons retains copyright on some material provided to clients such as training course materials. Prospective clients may be required to sign a licensing agreement acknowledging standard disclaimers and attesting that they will not allow Management Horizons materials or materials derived directly from them to be sold, distributed, copied, or transferred in any other way to any third party without the express written consent of Management Horizons. This agreement must be in effect prior to the provision of proprietary materials from Management Horizons. Failure to control the use of Management Horizons materials that results in financial loss to Management Horizons will result in legal action to recover damages.
